Run to the house,
lock the doors.
Bloodshot eyes,
with no remorse.
Don't you have any feelings
for the ones you've killed?
You're sad and lonely,
still, don't take the pill.

Inside a blind man’s eyes,
the light it shines
through the dark embrace
where you love to hide.
Can't call out the names
or they will haunt your days.
“Bring me back,
I don't wanna touch the grave.”

Well,
from marrow to flesh,
we all go home.
I say,
from marrow to flesh,
we all go home.
I said
from marrow to flesh,
we all go home.
Better get on your knees,
before you're dead and gone.

Yeah.

Gun loaded,
hearts beating
out of your chest.
Pitch black eyes
in the emptiness.
Brought on by hate,
consumed by fear.
Arms are heavy
with the blood of your peers.

Well,
from marrow to flesh,
we all go home.
I say,
from marrow to flesh,
we all go home.
I said
from marrow to flesh,
we all go home.
Better get on your knees,
before you're dead and gone.

oo-oo-oo

It's like I've always said,
“Dead men tell no tales.”
Dust clouds roll in,
can't hide under the table.
Beaten and broken,
I'm tied to a tree.
Don't let heavy hands
keep you off your knees.

Cause
from marrow to flesh,
we all go home.
I say,
from marrow to flesh,
we all go home.
I said
from marrow to flesh,
we all go home.

Yeah.

From marrow to flesh,
we all go home.
I say,
from marrow to flesh,
we all go home.
Oh-oh-oh,
marrow to flesh,
we all go home.
Better get down on your knees,
before the raven comes.
Yeah.

well, I'm not gonna lie...... this scared me a little XD hahah, but that's actually kinda a good thing. It's good that you can have this effect on people by just your lyrics alone. A good song writer is able to move their listener's emotions~ : )

To me it kinda sounds like a person from a mental institution stpped taking their medication and grew super paranoid, broke out, and started killing anyone they believed was after them.

...was not expecting that lol I was thinking more on the side of redemption but like I said, everyone can have different opinions on what my songs mean :)
